By using Between at see-between.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

Between is an AI-powered reflection tool that helps users better understand communication patterns and relationship dynamics. It provides observations based on information voluntarily submitted by users.

Between is not therapy, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, legal representation, medical advice, clinical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis, or law enforcement guidance.

Between does not determine whether any individual is abusive, narcissistic, manipulative, dangerous, mentally ill, or clinically diagnosable. Between only identifies possible communication patterns based on limited user-provided information.

Between is not suitable for emergency situations involving threats of violence, domestic abuse emergencies, stalking, child abuse, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or immediate physical danger.

If you believe you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services or a qualified crisis service immediately. In the Czech Republic, call emergency services at 112.

Between uses artificial intelligence. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, misleading, or incorrect. Responses should be treated as informational reflections only, not as factual conclusions or professional advice.

You agree not to rely on Between as legal evidence, custody evidence, medical advice, therapy advice, psychiatric advice, employment advice, financial advice, official documentation, or professional diagnosis. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Between is intended only for users aged 18 years or older. By using Between, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are solely responsible for content you submit. By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to share it.
• It does not violate applicable laws.
• It does not infringe third-party rights.
• It does not contain unlawful material.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
• Disrupt infrastructure or scrape content.
• Reverse engineer the platform.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Use Between to harass, intimidate, stalk, or harm others.
• Commercially exploit Between without permission.

Between is free to use and will remain free. We accept voluntary donations and tips from users who wish to support the continued development and operation of the service.

Donations are made entirely at your own discretion through our page hosted by Ko-fi at ko-fi.com/seebetween. Donations are non-refundable and do not entitle the donor to any additional features, services, or preferential treatment. Making a donation does not create any contractual relationship beyond these Terms. A donation does not create ownership rights, investment rights, partnership rights, advisory rights, or guaranteed future product access.

We are grateful for any support, but it is never expected or required to use Between.

Between is provided free of charge on an as is and as available basis. We may modify features, suspend access, discontinue the service, or restrict access to users who violate these Terms without prior notice.

All rights related to Between's branding, software, design, and original materials remain the property of Between unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit materials without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law in the Czech Republic and the European Union, Between is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for personal decisions made based on AI responses, emotional harm, legal outcomes, relationship decisions, financial losses, indirect damages, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in responses.

You use Between entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts in the Czech Republic.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page and will reflect revised dates. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
