Between is an AI-powered relationship reflection tool available at see-between.com. Between is operated by an individual creator based in the Czech Republic. For privacy-related questions, contact: hello@see-between.com

Between is built around privacy. No account is required. We do not intentionally store conversation submissions. We do not create user profiles. We do not sell personal data. We do not use user submissions to train AI models. Your submissions are processed only to generate a response.

User-submitted content

When you submit text, screenshots, messages, or relationship situations to Between:

• Your content is processed to generate a response.
• Your content is sent to Anthropic API infrastructure for AI processing.
• Between does not intentionally retain submissions after response generation.
• Between does not maintain long-term conversation history.
• Between has no memory of prior sessions unless a future version clearly states otherwise.

Technical processing

While Between does not intentionally store conversation submissions, hosting providers and infrastructure services may temporarily retain limited technical logs required for service operation. These logs may be used for security, abuse prevention, debugging, service reliability, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Anonymous analytics

Between uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general product usage only if you consent to analytics cookies. Analytics data may include page visits, session duration, traffic sources, general usage behavior, and where users drop off. Analytics tracking occurs only after your explicit cookie consent. If you decline analytics cookies, Between will function normally. Legal basis: consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a).

Session storage

Between may use temporary browser session storage to move your submission between pages during your visit. This data remains in your browser, is used only during a single visit, and is automatically cleared when your session ends or when the browser tab is closed.

Voluntary support payments

If you voluntarily support Between through Ko-fi at ko-fi.com/seebetween, payment-related information may be processed by Ko-fi under its own privacy policy and terms. Between does not directly store full payment card information. Between may receive limited transaction confirmations or billing metadata required for accounting, fraud prevention, tax obligations, or legal compliance.

What we do not collect

We do not intentionally collect names, phone numbers, user accounts, personal profiles, long-term conversation history, or payment card details. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your submissions for AI model training.

Between may rely on third-party providers including:

• Anthropic — for AI responses
• Google Analytics 4 — for analytics, only after consent
• Ko-fi — for voluntary donations and tips
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to operate the website

These providers may process limited information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Some third-party providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards should apply.

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you may have rights under GDPR including: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restrict processing, right to object, right to data portability, and right to withdraw consent.

Because Between intentionally stores very limited personal data, we may not be able to identify you or retrieve prior submissions. In the Czech Republic, the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů / UOOU).

Between uses cookies only for analytics purposes and only after explicit consent. You may withdraw or change your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings link, if available.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will reflect revised dates. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
